Weigh in… 125.6kgs
So not to bad in perspective, but something that but something that still needs some tweaking.
A big issue this week though has been the flu.
Unfortunately its knocked me out of quite a few things, I suspect ketosos is one of those.
But as I ease out of my recovery and head back into full time work I’m hoping to build up a strong routine again.
Fingers crossed and thanks for the support as I edge closer to 20kgs lost
