Sooo my weight today is 125.6kgs!
Like i said on Monday, this puts me within striking distance of my of my target weight loss of 20kgs before my holiday in may
This means that I have 6 weeks to lose a total of 3.2kgs. This is totally do-able but I feel like i’m starting to plateau a bit. When this happens it usually takes me about 2 weeks to start the ball rolling again. I’m not too sure why this is or the actual science behind it
I have heard somewhere that when you begin to plateau (while doing the same thing as before) it’s your body readjusting itself to its new conditions. Kind of like setting a new standard or benchmark.
I think it can mean different things to different people at different weights and stages of their diet.
…. I’ll have to look into it.
