Weigh In-Wednesday

So…. my internet is still basically non existent and I have had to do some sketchy things to just be able to do this much until the network is repaired… so bear with me

So, as of this morning my weight is 126.0kgs, not ideal, but still significantly better than it could have been.

Mostly due to simply not sleeping.

They have proven through medical tests, studies and journal evidence that sleeping patterns contribute to your ability to lose weight and for a normal person, the majority of weight-loss and fat burning happens during the sleep recovery process…

… That and I’ve also had to bake a lot of cakes recently…….

Ahh well, keep on trucking as they say.
