Sorry for the lack of posts, I am from Christchurch, NZ and much of my family still live there, so it has been a stressful weekend.
To add to that we recently had a massive storm that caused a power surge. This power-surge destroyed our TV, both my monitors, one of our computers and wrecked our internet. This has made my ability to post sketchy at best.
But on a lighter note.
I weighed myself today and found that I was sitting at 126.4.., THATS 2kg AWAY FROM A 20kg WEIGHT LOSS!!!!! Wooooo!
Key factors have definitely been drinking more water and getting a little more sleep… more than my standard 5hrs-6hrs anyway.
I have also been doing some light exercise a few days a week to help aid the weight loss. Mostly cardio, I’m still waiting for the doctors approval before I can do weighted exercises with my knee.
