After the elation of reaching my target I binged on keto related snacks, no where near as bad as it could be, but still not ideal.
I dont know what the fuck happened, I was just so hungry. Maybe it was stress from this morning and all the new trials and tribulations.
I did so well, now back on it today, lots of water, brie and bone broth!
Water will help hyfrate and satiate me, bone broth helps with the proien intake and brie is a massive source of calories and fats. This should help me satiate me for the day and I can have a larger, lower carb portion at dinner
Next goal 125kgs!!!!! BRING IT
