Soooo broke my diet today, Mum was having a bit of a rough couple of weeks so we took her for breakfast in the morning.
I had the most keto option on the menu…. 57 carbs ….. ouch.
But some things are more important.
I find that if you just drink a lot of water it helps , last time I broke the keto was christmas, fortunatly I never dropped out of keto so it only took a day or two to get back into full ketosis
Other than that I’m edging closer to 12kgs lost…. fuck yea!!
